I call this multidimensional approach Dynamic Healing Resonance — a transformational process that attunes the body, mind, spirit, heart, and soul into greater harmony and vibrational coherence.

Spiritual Lineage & Awakening

My life transformed in 2000, when a chance encounter with an enlightened master — who I instantly recognized as my Guru — set me on a profound spiritual path. Since then, I’ve been immersed in the ancient Tantric traditions, including spiritual purification and enlightenment practices, and have traveled to India, Nepal, and Tibet — a journey that deeply transformed my spiritual path.

My Greatest Teachers

While my formal training and world travels have shaped me, my most significant achievement was birthing and nurturing my four children. Of all the experiences and life lessons learned, the joys and challenges of co-parenting and living in a committed partnership have been my greatest teachers. Family life has leveled me up to experience the most transcendental highs and humbling lows.

Through it all, my spiritual journey and dedication to seeking the truth have given me the foundation to grow in awareness and self-mastery and provided me with the tools to help others grow in their truth.
